The following principle applies: after completion of the probationary period, one day per week may be spent working from home. A second home office day per week is possible in exceptional cases, but only in consultation with the line manager.

Seniority gifts
- Cash (CHF 1,000) or additional vacation days (2 vacation days) for all permanent employees who have been with the company for 5 years or more.
- For each additional 5-year milestone, the monetary compensation increases by CHF 500 and the vacation days by 1 day.
Gifts of money
- On marriage or registered partnership and on the birth or adoption of a child, a cash gift of CHF 500
- In the event of the death of a spouse, child, parent or sibling, a donation of CHF 200.
